What can I say about Gail. She is awesome. We were recommended by a friend to speak with her about purchasing our first house. We contacted her and we were blown away by how she makes you feel so comfortable in the home buying process. Her knowledge of real estate is truly exceptional. She not only aided us in the process but educated us as well. She made sure that there was nothing we did not understand about the process. She was always there for us when we had questions. While we were aggressively looking for houses she reassured us that "You will find your home, don't worry." I remember finding some places that seemed great on the outside. We called her and she'd come out with us to look at some of these places. Without even going inside and looking for herself she would say, "You know I'm not sure about this place. I think the foundation's probably cracked. Well let's get inside and see if i'm right." Sure enough....the foundations were in fact cracked. She's been doing this for so long that she must have gained some sort of 6th sense. LOL. Gail is one who gives a good name to the real estate business. When people were getting all of these variable interest loans causing people to shell out an extra 500-1000 a month when the rate increased in a certain amount of time, Gail made it clear that she will not recommend those types of loans. She called them "liar loans." She "mothered" us throughout the whole process. She gave us instruction and nurtured us the whole way. It was a great experience. Gail Phibbs is a blessing to anyone under her care.

Gail helped with my probate sale, she meticulously went thru the multiple offers so we could get the best offer. Arranged the contractors for repairs needed since I was out of state. Could not have picked a better realtor. Communicated everything with me and buyers realtor to make sure both parties agreed and we're satisfied.

I 1st med Gail 10 years ago. I drove up to a condo complex and there sitting in her car was Gail. We immediately hit it off. Gail helped me buy my 1st condo in vista and helped me sell it a few years later. I now live in a home in vista, and I could not have done it without her. when I started out to buy a home I had no Idea about the process Involved.I looked at the homes for sale in the newspaper and came across Gail Phipps selling one in a senior community.I called her and told her I was Interested In looking at some homes and she took me around and showed me some until I found one I liked.the home I chose was In a senior community and there was some problems because the people who live there need to be 55 and up and I had my daughter with me that was 25yrs old and disabled.Gail came across some problems qualifying us to live there but she worked hard at solving the problems that came up.the day she came to my apartment with the keys was a day I will never forget.she is a true professional and truly cares about helping her clients buy their dream home.

I'm sure she is a wonderful age by prior reviews, but I was looking for buildable properties for sale in Valley Center not homes. Didn't receive any listings for raw property. Thank you. I have no input regarding negotiation or process skills as we didn't participate in those activities.
